As a registered delegate you will be entitled to attend the following:
- Welcome Reception on Sunday, 18 August 2013
- Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 20 August 2013 (GIN members only). For non-members, Lower Income Country Participants*, Students** and Consumers*** conference dinner tickets must be purchased separately if you wish to attend.
- Entry to all conference sessions each day
- Access to exhibition and poster displays
- Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee on 19 & 20 August 2013 and Morning only Tea/Coffee on 21 August
- Delegates will be provided with a cash card for lunch which can be redeemed in local eateries
- Conference materials, including programme

**Students must provide proof of student status. This could be a copy of the confirmation of their matriculation as a student for the on-going year provided by the university or a letter on headed paper signed by their head of department. This must be sent to gin2013@conferencepartners.ie at the latest two weeks after your registration is processed.
***"Consumer" is used to address all groups of lay people (people who are not healthcare professionals, nor G-I-N members) who contribute to or could potentially contribute to evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. This includes people who have a condition or disability relevant to guidelines in use, in development or in need of development, or being implemented. It also includes people such as family and friends who provide unpaid care for them. And, it includes individuals from organisations representing consumers interests, including voluntary sector or non-governmental organisations. Synonyms of consumer include 'patients', 'carers' 'Consumer advocates', 'service user', 'user representative' or 'patient representative'.
